Plas Meddyg Surgery has an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) which has been running since January 2012. The overall aim of a PPG is to act as communication between you, the patient and the surgery to try to improve the services that we offer. The PPG is not to be used as a forum for individual complaints, these should always be taken up with the Practice Manager.
We currently have around 10 patients on our PPG and we meet every 6 to 8 weeks.
We are aiming to recruit more members for our PPG, ideally from as broad a spectrum of patients as possible to try to get a fully representative sample. If you feel you are unable to commit to attending meetings in person, why not consider joining our Virtual Patient Group where you will be contacted by email.
If you are interested in joining either the PPG or the Virtual PPG, please contact the surgery or complete the forms below.
