Bexley Health Neighbourhood Care (BHNC) are delivering a Health Awareness day at Bexley Civic Offices on Saturday February 1st between 10am and 1pm.

You can engage with their Diabetes Education Team, the Stop Smoking service and, if eligible, receive an NHS Health Check (pre-booking required by calling 0208 176 5505). 

There will also be partner organisations in attendance from the National Diabetes Prevention Programme and local exercise referrals schemes.

The Bexley Civic Offices are at 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath DA6 7AT
