Important information about your surgery on Thursday September 19th 2024 from 12.30pm until 4.30pm.

Please be aware that on Thursday September 19th 2024 from 12.30pm until 4.30pm the surgery will be closed for training. However, there are several ways in which you can still access services from your Bexley GP surgery.

• Visit our website www.plasmeddygsurgery.com and complete an online consultation (Accurx) and we will get back to you by the end of the next working day for clinical queries, and two working days for admin queries.

• If you have an urgent medical problem (that is not life threatening) and are unsure what to do NHS 111 can be contacted by dialling 111 or online at 111.nhs.uk

• For any urgent medical advice (that is not life threatening) between the hours of 12.30pm to 4.30pm but cannot wait until the surgery reopens, we will provide you with an alternative number to call. Please note this is only for medical advice - for anything else i.e., prescriptions, appointments, results, please contact the surgery during our opening hours.

Services at the practice will fully resume from 4.30pm on the same day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation.
