Blood tests continue to be severely disrupted due to the cyber-attack at Synnovis that processes all the samples for South East London.

Currently, only those tests considered "Urgent" by the doctor will be processed with special walk-in clinics available at three local hospitals. You will not be able to book an appointment in the usual way at the usual phlebotomy sites.

Our advice is to delay trying to book your routine blood test until normal service is resumed. We will continue to issue regular updates.
